Melissa & Martin are London based brand strategists and designers with experience working with small & large brands across a range of sectors and disciplines.

Martin has experience as a designer of interiors, exhibitions, product, packaging, graphic and digital design for global brands, all with a strong focus on communicating brand stories. Martin has led projects across all of these disciplines from insight and strategy to delivery. Before starting &company, Martin has worked for a range of consultancies including Pentagram, Imagination, 2020, DesignBridge & Ogilvy.

Melissa has experience as a designer, trends consultant and brand strategist, working for leading trend forecast consultancies The Future Laboratory, WGSN, Stylus and Stylesight, along with design and branding agencies. Melissa brings together analysis, insight, and macro cultural and social trends in order to develop actionable strategies. Melissa began her career in design at Alexander McQueen, before working for interior brands and cultural institutions such as Habitat and the V&A Museum.

Melissa and Martin met during their time at the Royal College of Art, and are enjoying working with each other (finally).
